I know shortcuts, and… I can find them. When everybody is going down a busy street I will find the back way where there is no traffic, and I always get there eventually. ---

I have the ability to cause people or sometimes things to appear by mentioning them. For example, my office hosted some visitors from another country last April. They were here all week, learned quite a bit and were given a lot of hospitality. When they left they asked for full names of certain people so they could send thank you gifts. Then, from that day till yesterday, we heard nothing. We got something in the mail from visitors from a different country yesterday that reminded me that we’d never gotten our gifts. So, I mentioned it, but certainly not to anyone from this group, just to my co-worker. Less than two hours later, what should arrive? Lovely handmade gifts from our visitors! I also made my husband’s Aunt Topsy appear at his Uncle Porky’s funeral. I said, “where’s your other Aunt?” and she walked in the door. I’d never met her and there weren’t any windows or anything. There are many other manifestations of this which I can’t recall. I can also tell teenage girl drama from reality from miles away. It helps in my job, which involves working with college freshmen. ---

I seem to have an ability to recognize faces from my childhood that I haven’t seen in over fifty years. Some people I have only met once or twice when I was about 9 or ten and recognised them when they were close to 70 years old, Maybe they were 15 or 16 when I saw them last. This happens frequently when I visit my home town coffee shops or restaurants. I don’t seem to be quite as good at this with people I met after becomming an adult. ---

One more ability I have is memorizing court or legal transcripts. I seem to remember every word after reading them one time. I was horrible at histoy and goverment etc so this has alwasy puzzled me. ---
