Fun Fact: The Los Angeles Times reported that the original sets from the syndicated series were still on file so the producers were able to recreate the look of the show. ---

I watched the show with my teen daughter. Before we watched it, I explained what “variety show” meant, and the how and why of guest stars. So she was prepped to understand the context. I thought the episode was good. Not great, but as a good as any original episode, which to be honest, varied quite a bit in quality. My daughter appreciated the songs. I loved the Queen song ending the show. Best bit… Sabrina: I had second date with [whispers to Kermit] Kermit: Is he single? Sabrina: No. [shakes head with twinkle in eye] ---
