The SNL episode that ran this past Saturday was a rerun, I’m sure. The Ambiguously Gay Duo were on, and the evil arch-villian tried to definitively “out” them by watching their observations on how he had redecorated, and then by playing a piece of music to which they began dancing very expressively. The situation was saved by the arrival of former GE chairman Jack Welch, in a cape.

What was the music?

The group is Five for Fighting, the song is “Superman.” Good song. I think it’s been used on Smallville.
