# Music Translation Help (Russian)

Happened upon an amateur video of a Russian girl singing, and it is absolutely beautiful.

She has a couple more videos floating around if anyone else likes her.

Anyway, can someone give me the gist of what her song is about?

My ex, who is Russian, says it’s nonsense: lots of rhyming words, which she understands, but together they make no sense.

I speak fluent Russian, and the only thing I understand is “New York.”
