# Musicians: Question About Two Songs

The first song is Kid Rock’s, [All Summer Long](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwIGZLjugKA) and the other is Warren Zevon’s, [Werewolves Of London](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nhSc8qVMjKM).
I heard the beginning of Kid Rock’s song the other day, thinking it was Werewolves of London and started to sing that song…oddly, I was pretty much able to sing quite a bit of Werewolves to the same tune as Kid Rock’s song.
Is it just me, or could someone sue the pants off Kid Rock for ripping off the song?
If I am not mistaken, the opening is EXACTLY the same. Give a quick listen to the beginning of both songs…

Never mind.
At least I am not crazy and the two songs certainly are more than coincidentally similar.
