Every year, I tell myself: “No more Christmas CD’s, Bill! You’ve **got** all the songs in nearly every version!”, and every year I buy at least three.

Last year it was “Christmas With The Lettermen”, “The Frank Sinatra Christmas Album”, and the one I _really_ wasn’t sorry I bought, “The Lost Christmas Eve” by The Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

So what is it \*\*this \*\* year, y’all?

And how many you reckon I’ll buy?

Thanks

I loathe Christmas music, but the wife loves it, so I just bought [Winter Carols by Blackmore’s Night.](http://www.amazon.com/Winter-Carols-Blackmores-Night/dp/B000JBXOHG/sr=8-1/qid=1163690276/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/103-4034745-0278204?ie=UTF8&s=music) I love Candice’s voice, so it ought to be tolerable. 😃

Has anyone listened to Sarah McLachlan’s “Wintersong”? It got mostly good reviews on amazon but I’m afraid it might be a little wimpy? Beautifully subtle or a snoozefest?

The wife just asked for it for Christmas, so I’m hoping it’s pretty good. The clips sound nice.

It’s started:

We Three Kings by Rev. Horton Heat.

Maybe I can hold it to just one. 😉

How about \*\*Twisted Christmas \*\* by Twisted Sister?

I’m considering the slightly more traditional **Gabriel’s Message: One Thousand Years of Carols**.
