Unless you’re talking about 3rd trimester abortion, which is definitely a more muddled and ambiguous topic than 2nd or 1st trimester abortion. I think I’m pretty much where you are except when it comes to the second trimester, I think we give the baby SOME rights as some point during the second trimester (which can be overcome by concerns about health of the mother). ---

I can think of only 2 responses to the 5 year old: You say that like it’s a bad thing. Of course he kills babies, they’re easier because they can barely defend themselves. ---

Actually, First Amendment protections _are_ significantly limited for minors. ---
