I am so sorry to hear this news, **Roadwalker**. Your daughter is a beautiful, brave little girl, and it saddens me to hear that this could happen to one so young. I hope she does not suffer too much, and although I am hardly religious, I like the idea of guardian angels, and something tells me she will always be with you and watching over you as you have watched over her. I’m sorry I can’t say much more to comfort you right now. Be strong, and take care of yourself and the rest of your family, too. ---

Cancer. What a heartbreaking word. I remember seeing the picture of your beautiful daughter that you shared with us a few months back. What a bundle of joy! 🙂 And what devastating news that you’ve brought to us. I hope Naomi has a peaceful death surrounded by the family who loves her beyond words. And I hope that you find the strength to go on once she leaves you. A lot of us are parents here. We are humbled by your dignity in the face of what must be overwhelming grief. ---

I can’t say I know what you are going through because I don’t know. But I will pray that you all receive whatever help you need. P.S. \*\*NE Texan \*\*, you are so right to urge folks to sign up to be bone marrow donors. Signed up after the parents of a young woman from my church urged people to do so. The girl had already passed away but a marrow transfer might have been able to save her.
