My Amazing Encounters with Jesus Christ

I thought we were all ‘sons of god’ ? (Psalm 82:6).

He had to be human - “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.” (John 1:14) - Or his sacrifice would mean nothing, and it seems pretty improbably that the lowly romans would have been able to crucify a ‘god’ of any sort.

So, lesson learned is Human Sacrifice is ok, as long as its for a ‘noble cause’.

Or God is a Satanist - by YOUR definition.

So in return for millions of people being tortured for infinity, he gave up a week-end?

I don’t see the balance for one thing.

For the other thing, what kind of ‘sacrifice’ is giving up a week-end in return for being worshiped infinitely as lord of heaven?

Yeah, some ‘sacrifice’… :stuck_out_tongue:

Don’t be silly. There’s no bubbles.

[sigh] … the only message I’ve got from God is “buddy-boy, never jump for handholds only whilst free-climbing”. I’m alive today to share this message to all.

The main message I got from ‘god’ (and his sacred scriptures) was

a) don’t follow charlatens that claim special knowledge (Luke 21)
b) its good to demand evidence when dealing with (a), and if they can’t provide it, tell them to shove off. (See Thomas, Doubting)

So, does Jesus have DNA? Human or not?

It is said that this apparition miraculously appeared on fabric December 12, 1531. Notice the oblong orbital figure surrounding Mother Mary and the angel.

Our Lady of Guadalupe

The things of God are living.

“NASA has called the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe living”

“NASA has publicized the results of the related examination of Our Lady of Guadalupe. It was established, with instruments of the eye-specialist, that in the picture, the eyes of Mary’s retina’s, when exposed to light - similar to the human eye - expand and contract. The researchers have also concluded that the temperature of the clothe, where the image can be observed, is permanently 36.6 degrees, such as a healthy human body temperature. This image has also been studied with a stethoscope. The scientists have measured a pulse of 115 beats/min at Mary’s belt which corresponds to the number of a fetal heart rate.”

“NASA has also stated that the paint in which the image was made does not exist on earth and has never existed - written by Tsn.au which is a news site on the internet.”

You wouldn’t happen to have a cite from NASA on that, now would you? Othewise, I’m calling this the ultimate bit of BULLSHIT.

You should link directly to the statement from NASA.

It is the human condition that we are evil and wicked without God in the afterlife. The soul needs to be salvaged by the powers of God. The spirits of the dead are miserable and without family and friends. They have anger and hatred in their hearts. They thirst for all that only a most loving Creator can give them.

Those in heaven are good spirits. They have love in their hearts. They are happy with family and friends. They have all a most loving Creator gives them. This is what Jesus had died for. So that we may be delivered from the evil condition of hell.

A quick search at the NASA website turned up zero hits … why would rocket scientists be measuring heartbeat and how would they know about paints? Is NASA just a collective term for people smarter than average?

“NASA’s full of idiots” – CERN engineer

“He was temporarily inconvenienced for your sins!” doesn’t quite have the right ring to it.

who created us again? who made up all these rules ?

If you want witnesses to hell, all you have to do is look at all the people over the internet bearing witness to evil spirits. Evil spirits are all in hell.

I guess I could get behind the idea that hell is /b/chan.

Who is Matrix Drops?

Oh yeah, they’re kooks:

You didn’t answer the question.

I asked you

Who created us? Who made these rules about our souls needing salvaging?
I’m now asking you this as well -

Who created ‘hell’ and all of this ‘suffering;’ ???

Who created the need for the human sacrifice to ‘save us’ ???

We know who. The question is why?

Why does an omnipotent being need a bunch of carbon-based lifeforms to worship him and then spend eternity in “Heaven” worshiping him more?

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Along with the Father, He created mankind. His life is worth the life of all mankind from the beginning to end. I would not undervalue His sacrifice.
