I hate all the “my cat’s breath smells like cat food” and “3. Hi Opal!” nonsense. The 1920’s style death ray is ok though, that hasn’t gotten old yet. ---

Not even close to old, although I do fear that my continuings paroxysms of laughter are a threat to my health. This isn’t even about politics, but it drives me nuts when people post an otherwise serious political topic in GD and then sprinkle the OP with terms like Repugs. It is very difficult to take someone seriously when they refer to Rick Santorum as the Repug senator from PA. If you want civilized debate you have to make some effort to sound a bit sane. ---
