# My Anti-Tailgating device works :)

I like my roomate’s tailgater solution.

Reinforced Channel Steel rear bumper on a Ford F-150. Custom built and installed by her now ex-husband. The only intelligent thing the man has ever done.

Her attitude (for the most part), “Go ahead, hit me asshole. You’ll need a new front end, I’ll just go out and buy a can of Rustoleum to paint over the scratches.”

Usually, all she has to do is tap the brakes a couple of times to let them get close enough to see how thick that bumper is and they either back off or pass.

I have a simple sticker on my rear hatchlid.

“I kill and eat tailgaiters”

Sometimes it doesn’t work, but usually a tailgaiter gets close enough to read it, and after a few seconds, backs off.
