Only if you disasemble the birds… I know not if the OP meant that Durbin hurled insults and inflamed responses with his language or was just referrring to the shit storm that occurred afterwards. I merely post here to say that the man posited a question and a premise. So, if the OP meant that Durbin started this firestorm, I have to say that the OP has mis-characterized both the remarks and the Senator. As for Christ–to each his own. I am not sure how the OP reconciles following Christ with torture in ME prisons etc, but that is between the OP and Christ. I can see the temptation to tell the thought process, but was it necessary? I am slowing down in this heat–I couldn’t figure out who the long tongued guy was supposed to be. My apologies, Giraffey (may I call you Giraffey?) 🙂 (did I ever tell you that I LIKE giraffes?) Heh.
