**Kallessa,** trust me…it’s all about the comfort for me too. There ARE some underwires out there that won’t pinch, cut, or poke you. I look long and hard for them. I also don’t like the pointy, bullet head look. I’m all about the round, natural shape. I do like the new Victoria Secret bras. I bought three, and I’m lovin’ them! Comfy, no poking, etc. **Tupug Anachi,** **snort** 36 longs! Now, THAT’S funny! Gravity and child bearing have also taken their toll on my girls, so don’t feel alone! That’s why I go for underwire. Sniff 😕 Where are MY cookies? I’m not picky. Any cookie will do. Well, I must clean myself up. I’m meeting some former co-workers (and still good friends) for lunch. I’m going to show off one of my ah…“designer inspired” purses that I bought at a Purse Party. Christ, I still paid more than I wanted to. A Burberry bag, wallet, and Gucci purse (black, because every woman needs her basic black purse!) with a little purse in it for $145.00 bucks. I am notoriously cheap when it comes to spending money on me. I thought the hubby was going to swallow his tongue. By the way, unless you’re one of the Uber rich, who the HELL pays $500.00 or more dollars for a friggin’ purse?! Well, I’ll have these purses about 7 years, then I can feel good about going to get a new one. I have had my current purse since…oh my God…1996! How embarrassing! Oh…not cat or dog puke to report today! ---

**Kallessa** dear it is officially pool time at the swampcave so come on down. The gazebo over the bar is now up. We can lounge around and have margaritas! In the cool margarita glasses (but they’re plastic. still cool tho) that I bought special for pool lounging. Maybe I’ll even have a staff of burly men to wait on us as we lounge. 😃 ---

I think this thread has cursed me. While I was cooking last night’s dinner a certain “acch, acch” sound penetrated the fog in my brain but I was too late to prevent the cat puke on the carpet. I hate cleaning up cat puke. Underwire is the only way to go. Firm support, natural shape. It helps if they are a little pretty, too, but that is asking for the Moon. ---

Well, **Shibb** , since it seems that she’s really serious about the dove-gray morning suit I don’t think you’ll see anything on me that would require a retinal scrub. I’m in total agreement with you otherwise. Lamb is good. Lamb coated in garlic and rosemary paste, marinated in equal parts olive oil and red wine, then grilled to medium rare is better. No cake smooshing, check. No motorcycles, check. I’m kinda’ disappointed about the beer, though. ---

Ah cruel cruel gravity - remind me of a tragic tale. There was an old woman who was tired of living. She had no children, her husband was long dead, her friends were dead or in nursing homes. She was weary of life and decided to end it all. A sympathetic neighbor offered to lend her a gun. The woman accepted gratefully and asked for advice on the best way to make short work of it. The neighbor said “Just point the barrel under your left breast and squeeze the trigger.” And that’s just what she did. Blew her kneecap clean off. 😃 ---

AAACCCKKK! I cursed my own dang self! I came home from a very lovely lunch with my friends, open the door, and what do my very own eyes see?! Dog puke…RIGHT…ON… THE FIRST…LANDING of the stairs. Out comes the stain remover and the little steam cleaner thingy! That’s what I get for bragging about not having cat or dog puke today. **Shibb,** I have a telescope. Well, actually it’s my son’s telescope. I forgot all about planetary alignment and that jazz. Last night I was a little buzzed from all the wine I consumed at the Purse Party. Too bad, because the sky would have been just perfect for viewing. Today, alas, it is sprinkly and cloudy outside. Well, after I cleaned up the dog puke, vaccummed and Wet Swiffer Jetted my entry way, I stopped long enough to listen to my phone messages (and check out Straight Dope 😛 !). It appears I must now go out and purchase a birthday present for our friends’ little girl because there is a birthday party this afternoon. It’s no damn wonder I can’t get my house cleaned! ---

Match it up with a nice cabernet sauvignon, maybe a zinfandel. ---

(And don’t say “up.” ) :rolleyes: Mr. Anachi has a theodolite that’s pretty durn good for looking at planets and moons and such. Not very good for the occasional launch from over on the cape as said launched object is generally moving too fast for cranking the instrument. ---

I have never been to a purse party, but I recently went to a candle party. The stuff I bought arrived today so I will be a little pyromanic tonight and have several candles lit. It’s all part of my plan to spend a lovely romantic evening with Terry Pratchett and the Dali Llama. Okay, so I’m going to spend yet another Friday night reading (not by candlelight). I may drink some champagne just to celebrate my upcoming trip to New York. Yep, while the rest of you clean up cat puke and wrestle with chainsaws, I’ll be in New York being wined and dined (well, hors d’oeuvred) by some of New York’s finest labor law firms. I have to sit through a conference (this year’s topic–what unions can do in this politicial season), but New York is worth a few boring speeches. I’m still looking for museum buddies for Friday and Saturday. I won’t be able to post next week, so I’d appreaciate it if someone would post a long, rambling post with lots of stuff in parenthesis (perhaps using wods such as parenthetically, albeit and inasmuch as), just to keep my spirit alive for the week. ---

Oooh was it partylite? I love their stuff!! I almost became a consultant but went with Creative Memories instead. Oh and Pampered Chef is pretty cool too… I’ve never been to a purse party though and well… I don’t carry a purse so that wouldn’t be a good party for me. I did go to a makeup party once and I was reminded why I don’t wear makeup. Haven’t been to a lingere party in a while either - wonder if I could find enough friends to invite… _in the party mood_ ---

Venus has been right above the moon, and very, very bright lately. Mars was near there last night, too, but not nearly as bright. Saturn and Jupiter are also visible. If you look early in the evening the planets are usually the first stars. Should be another good night for stargazing for us Floridians. Let me look in my chest here, ah, yes, here it is. Use [this here map](http://www.fourmilab.to/cgi-bin/uncgi/Yourhorizon) to find your planets and such. You might need to adjust it a bit for your vicinity. ---

This thread has cursed me. One of my pups hurled last night on the leather chair. It was because one of my other pups killed a rabbit yesterday, and they were having a rabbit feast. Yuck. We need a puking smiley. There is no other way to describe seeing my dog eating a disembowled rabbit in the backyard. ---
