Cat for sale. Also (extremely bitter) if comeone would volunteer to throw things at my boss, that would be okay. She guilt-tripped me for 45 minutes on Thursday about a lot of things that were untrue, and called me lying, jealous, and without integrity. Because everyone in the store except for her thinks her star employee steals sales. And I think it because _I’ve seen her do it_!!! If Mr. Lissar had a job right now I’d quit. ☹ ---

I expect to see lotsa pictures and read all the news that’s fit to print, and \*\*not \*\* fit to print, about the **FCM** going-away fest! Sorry, but I’m here on the left coast, and going out to the other coast is just a weeeeeee bit too far away for me to attend. **Lissla,** my mom could probably feel your pain. She works for someone like your boss and has the same situation going on. I hope things work out for you. As to any party that compels you to buy something (Candle-light, Purse, Southern Living, Pampered Chef, etc.) I don’t make a habit of going. I only go when it’s a good friend who is hosting one. Unfortunately, I then feel obligated to buy something so said friend can get whatever goodies are to come her way. **Mr. Taters** always tells me to go and buy something. I’ll bet he won’t say that anymore since I spent all that money on purses the other night! 😃😛 I’m free, free at last! Well, the sun is shining, so I think I’m going to throw open the windders and TRY to do some house cleaning. I lead such an **EXCITING** life! ---

Two things: [ul] [li]I have two (mostly) sweet kitties, who until yesterday had puked a combined total of 2 times. Yesterday, however, they decided it was time to do it again. We don’t know for sure which one it was, but I am sure that they have been reading this thread and wanted to, um, make a contribution. So today, we’re steam cleaning the carpet. It needed it anyway, and the cat puke was a good excuse to get off our butts and clean the carpet.[/li][li]I’m a PartyLite consultant! If anyone (in the Greater Seattle Area) wants to have a part-ay, you just let me know. Or, I could just answer any questions you may have about the stuff you bought the other night. Damn living too close to a city where there is so much ligh fall-out. **earthpuppy** , I’m an in-house attorney, so most of my work is arbitrations, with some hearings in front of the Oregon Employment Relations Board (like the NLRB). However, the union is moving more into private sector organizing, so I a may be doing more trial work in the future. How about you? Do you do individual employment law as well, or does your firm just represent unions? ---

My firm represents employers. I’m not an attorney, but I work with a litigator and an Employment Benefits (ERISA, etc) attorney. I’ve only been with the labor law firm for a year and a half. Before that, I worked at a very large firm in the Litigation department with 2 partners and an associate doing corporate defense (mostly contract disputes).
