Well, he seems to have decided, if not to stop hating me every week, at least shorten the timeframe. He still hissed and growled a bit this morning, but no excretions, and about an hour later he came wandering up for his usual attention and has been nice all day. ---

Any chance he might be stealing a few sips of whatever you’re drinking? Maybe you leave a little in the glass and he finishes it off during the night? So his behavior could either be mean drunk or hungover. Cats can be mean drunks, I’ve had to get a few drunk to treat for antifreeze poisoning and they all seem to be mean drunks. ---

I drink out of a sports bottle-type thing. I know, classy, and I have such a lovely set of Waterford barware too, but the bottle has measuring gradations on it to make it easy to measure and mix. So no, there’s no way he could be nipping. ---

The timeline here is: Cat keeps throwing hissy-fits at Otto. Otto posts about hissy-fits on the 'Dope. Cat suddenly _and for no reason_ scales back on hissy-fits. hmmm… I think your cat is a Doper. Wonder what his username is. ---
