Mostly I’d try to have a big cook-fest (as appropriate), and eat or freeze the resulting goodies. ---

I suspect you kept the door tightly closed, however - a well-stocked freezer can last several days if you don’t open it. We lost power for 36 hours a year or so ago and didn’t throw anything out from the downstairs standalone freezer. We did toss stuff from the main fridge / freezer combo, as it wasn’t as solidly packed or as well insulated. It was a good excuse to do some housecleaning.
