# My cat quit covering up his tootsie rolls. Advice?

My younger cat was 15 lbs and started objecting to it. The handle seemed to become sturdier as she gained weight. Unfortunately my older cat wasted away and it was like a 2nd cat’s worth of skin. She was able to jump up on the bed almost to the day she died so I really had no reason to pick her up.

Yes, towards the end of my older cat’s life she would pee in front of the box regardless of how clean it was. I had an elaborate layer of plastic, cardboard and newspapers to compensate for it. There was nothing I could do about it.

Boris covers up some but not all. But when he dumps, i often get right up and put it in a bag . His tootsie rolls reeeeeeek.
