One of our cats likes arugula, rice, cabbage, and Pecan Sandies. We spent half of Thanksgiving throwing pieces of our salad on the floor for her.
The other one likes tortilla chips and Cool Ranch Doritos. Whenever I’m eating some, she sidles up next to me and sticks her head in the bag. I almost always cave and give her little pieces.
These cats are horribly spoiled.

The only reason I came to this thread was to mention that. Worth noting, in the books, celery is actually the primary cause of First Contact between humans and another intelligent species, since the natives of Sphynx (the aforementioned Treecats) had been cautiously avoiding the humans until they discovered the absolutely addictive crack that is Celery.
