Sorry to hear this. I get email updates from DOD everytime a combat casualty is identified. Keeps things in perspective for me. I haven’t received the one for his incident yet, but when I do, I will think of you and your family, and your brave Marine. Casualties this week: Lance Cpl. Irvin M. Ceniceros, 21 (USMC) Pfc. Jordan M. Byrd, 19, (USA) Cpl. Justin J. Cain, 22, (USMC) Lance Cpl. Phillip D. Vinnedge, 19 (USMC) Lance Cpl. Joseph E. Rodewald, 21, (USMC) Pfc. Victor A. Dew, 20, of Granite Bay, Calif. (USMC) Lance Cpl. Raymon L. A. Johnson, 22, (USMC) Lance Cpl. John T. Sparks, 23, (USMC) Hospital Corpsman Edwin Gonzalez, 22 (USN) 9 So far reported in only the past 6 days. None of them older than 23. Can’t wait to get out of this place. Again, sorry for your loss!! ---
