Now if someone could kindly explain why I woke up this morning with _wooly bully_ going through my head, I’d appreciate it. Nothing else, no other part of that song, just _wooly bully_. Making coffee - _wooly bully_. Reading the paper - _wooly bully_. Showering - _wooly bully_. Heading out the door - _wooly bully_. Starting the car - _wooly bully_ - and jamming Elvis in the CD player as fast as I can - _Oh, I just don’t where to begin_ - ah, priceless. ---

Look. it’s simple what the guy is doing. The only way to get rid of an earworm is to pass it off onto someone else. You just have to chose a different victim and pass it along. Or do what I do. When a song is stuck in my head, I imagine the musicians playing the song. Then I imagine them being mowed down in a hail of gunfire, whilst humming “Birdhouse In Your Soul” by TMBG. That usualy breaks the song. ---
