I have two boxers, Vegas and Charlie.
Vegas will watch any show with a dog or dogs on it as long as they’re on the screen.
Like the OP’s dog, she’ll even watch cartoon dogs. When we rented Bolt on BluRay, she watched the WHOLE movie, sitting up on the couch beside me. 
Luckily Charlie doesn’t recognize cats or squirrels on TV or we’d be in trouble.
