**vunderbob** , you may not know this, darlin’, but I’m the resident pun-master here. I usually only dig them out when I’m sulking, but I can’t let your little gems pass without a reply. Prepare yourself for pun-heaven:  
Vanguard - A person who protects trucks.  
The truck driver passed his mountain driving skills test. He was pleased to have made the grade.  
If a spider is in a cornfield, does she make cob webs?  
Warehouse - A building that grows fangs and fur every full moon, and bites people.  
I took a beer bottle to the recycling center, but they wouldn’t take it.
