I just had to share, in regards to my fantasy,I got an email today congratulating me on getting a mention on the Idols site that I mentioned. Turns out they gave me a little blurb on the front page praising my blog; all day emails of approval have been pouring in. maybe my fantasy isn it so far\_fetched afterall, hey? of course now my dsl is down and I can only surf with my pocket PC (so excuse any errors) but hopefully it will be fixed soonso I can deliver to my newly acquired fans šŸ˜‰ ---

My oh so mundane fantasy: I come home from work. Thereā€™s a man in my kitchen, and dinner smells incredible. He hands me a martini, with extra olives, just like I like it. He says, ā€œIā€™ve fixed the upstairs toilet and the leaky faucet. I replaced those lightbulbs and cleared out the garden, and tomorrow Iā€™ll install the fountain. While I was out doing the grocery shopping, I dropped off your dry cleaning and your shoes. I also stopped at the cable company and dealt with that problem with the bill. Tomorrow, you should take my car into work and Iā€™ll put air in your tires and wash your car for you. Oh, and I got tickets to that play you wanted to see for Saturday night. We can try a new restaurant for dinner if you want.ā€ Yeah, I realize itā€™s mundane, but lord it would be good. ---

Mine is that Exxon will do whatā€™s right and pay out the settlements from the Exxon Valdez disaster. Mundane, not so much. Fantasy, completely. ---

Another update on my fantasyā€¦ which is rapidly nearing realization. I got an email from the editor wanting to know if Iā€™d be interested in attending the live spectaculars, rrsults shows and press conferences as well as possibly interviewing the Top 12. Iā€™m so excited thhat I can barely sit. Woo hoo to dreams becoming reality! ---
