**Lynn** , I’ve also gotten those phone calls. My thoughts are with you, and him, and your entire family. I do so hope that you are near the rest of your family and so can take comfort in their presence. Are you able to be with him before/after the bypass work? It’s so routine a thing nowadays, that bypass surgery is just lightyears beyond what it used to be. Having said that, I’m terrified every time my father goes under. All best wishes for his speedy recovery, and get him that bike trainer ! Best to you and your family, Cartooniverse ---

I hope your father has a quick recovery, and my thoughts are with you. My father also had triple bypass surgery. That was four years ago, and he is now healthier than ever before. All the best to you and your family. ---

I am so sorry to hear about your father, **Lynn**. My prayers are with you all; and best wishes for a speedy recovery. I know all too well what it’s like to sit and worry, and pace the floors. As others have said, please take care of your mom and other siblings if you have them, and don’t forget to take care of yourself too.
