# My Father has passed away - how did you deal with the loss of your parents?

Dealing with my father’s death was quite difficult. My prime motivation in life had been to earn the respect of my father and avoid his disapproval. Upon his death I was suddenly an already strange and weird person without a direction to follow. Been that way ever since, never really as productive again in my life.
