You have some Mundane and Pointless Stuff You Must Share. You give it a title, followed by the words Guest MMP. Then everybody comes along and hijacks it. That’s all. It’s really not that hard. Hey **Idaho Red**! Glad to see ya. You know, it is possible to compose a post beforehand in say Word then cut and paste it into a new thread. Voila! Instant MMP. Then you could get up at 5 AM, quickly make your post and go back to bed. Sounds perfectly reasonable to me! Or maybe not. Anyways, we got our next two lined up which is pretty good for us. ---

Thanks to the nearby refineries, there’s no oxygen at 5 AM here. BUT! Come tomorrow, there will be new toilets. A card in the water bill invited me to apply for free low-flow toilets. I met the requirements, and tomorrow, I go pick the things up. I’m very happy about this as one toilet leaks and about evey hour refills itself, one works poorly and has a cracked seat, and the other apparently sucks so much water that the previous owner put a huge brick in the tank. Geez, what kind of hellhole did I buy? I’ve just been occupied with everything else, and Faire took a huge hunk of time for two months, to do much other than use them and think “Gee, I really ought to fix this.” What really impresses me about this program is that they’re handing out complete toilets - everything from the wax ring that goes into the floor to the seat. They say I should expect an annual savings of around $75 for my efforts. They’ve also invited me to pick up other freebies like a garden hose sprayer nozzle that will replace the one that my dog thought was a chew toy and sink aerators that will replace the one that spits because the screen is gunked up. ---

So you’re gettin’ three toilets, a garden hose sprayer and new sink spray thingys. That’s quite a plumbin’ haul there **gotpasswords**! I got low flow toilets and such cause that’s what ya got with a new house. I do need a new shower head and I could use a new sink spray thingy. I also want to replace the tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom with a walk in shower cause nobody ever uses the tub anyways, so why not. Speaking of house stuff, I have decided to replace the dining room, living room and kitchen floors with Pergo flooring. I think it’ll be nice. I further plan on doing it myself.
