I know how ya feel, Whammo. Happens to my feet too sometimes. But it’s usually because I’ve just walked on some chips that my kid has ground in to the carpet. Medium salsa goes best with toenails, though, just in case you decide to eat. ---

Whammo, this happens to my cats sometimes - I call it “Frito Feet.” And they can’t have walked on any stray corn chips because I never buy them. It must just be a not-limited-to-humans foot thing. ---

Whammo… I never thought in a million years I’d be thanking someone for sharing that kind of information, but I feel somehow vindicated by your words…albeit in a twisted, 7th grade mentality sort of way. Everybody just makes EEEWWWWW sounds when I make the observation that feet (or socks) can sometimes exude that corn chip odor. Nobody agrees. My basset hound also gets Frito Feet. Sometimes I think my sweat smells like sour ketchup. Or catsup, if you will. That’s a little freaky… ---

Oh, Lord, I CAN’T believe I am chiming in here. Time to put a tiny crack in the facade of Sunshiney perfectness. 🙂 Although I am generally faultless in almost every way, I do have a single flaw. Occassionally, after a long day of work, my feet might smell a teeny bit. Most people who have been graced with the lovely scent of my well-used feet say it smells not like corn chips but like…broccli. Or cauliflower. Personally, I don’t see (smell?) it. But then, you can never smell yourself so I guess that’s not surprising. Whammo…blecch. We need a new “Too much information” forum that I can just avoid. 😉 ---
