In all my time doing live chatting on Compuserve, I would routinely send this message to the loverocks of the world who’d interrupt to troll or otherwise be obnoxious: > [@](#): > > “I’ve looked up your Compuserve ID #, it is xxxxx,xxx. No one ever replied, “Hey, bub, I’m a 45 year old man!” So, I guess I’m saying I have a gift in these matters. loverock is an intelligent man, albeit a 12 year old man. Anyone who has taken him seriously needs to learn to be a bit more skeptical. kellibelli’s instincts are 100% correct. loverock is on the phone, giggling with a buddy, \*"Dude, I got a girl online to talk about her \*\*\*_."_ Peace. \*\*\*\* I don’t want to type it, it would just play into loverock’s troll. ---

I might as well weigh in with my opinion on loverock: 1. He’s for real. Half of white suburban males between the ages of 15 and 19 are really like this. 2. He’s somewhere between 15 and 19. (see above). 3. He knows and understands how to use proper communication skills, but intentionally refuses to do so because he has his “image” to maintain. It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t make any sense in this forum, or in any, he REALLY thinks that his manner of speaking is appropriate. 4. He really thinks that women will go for him. By the way he behaves, I highly doubt he has any reason to be close enough to a clitoris to have to worry about how to operate one. But he feels that he’s the Mac, and has a “god’s gift to women” attitude. I guarantee you he’s a “two-pump-dump” if it ever came down to it. 5. He’s as pure as new fallen snow. Anyone with regular access to sexual activity doesn’t make a big deal about it. “Sex is like religion and money. If you really have it, you don’t talk about it.” Even if he has gotten a hand job once or twice, no female has ever recieved the “Big O” from this character. BTW, for a neat perspective on loverock and folks like him, rent the video “Can’t Hardly Wait.” Pretty good high school party flick, and pay special attention to the Seth Green character and his pack of cronies… Enlightening. ---
