However this IS an emergency and furthermore, even if it only means he ends up speaking to an officer again, his voice will be recorded and time stamped in the 911 dispatcher’s office. Also, for people that are requesting he post the BOLO (I’m not even sure what that means, are BOLOs public or something he would even have?), if the PD he called regularly publishs a police blotter/calls for service/crime reports it’ll likely be shown there and if this goes on for more than a day or so the local/regional news outlets will probably post it on their websites. ---

One of the parties is black, one is white. (GF is white and OP is black?) And he has said that locals don’ like it.
