My **Lord** , I was in the spirit on this Lord’s day…(Shinerbock) and heard a great voice. His voice had the strength of a mighty river and his truth cut through bullshit like a dagger. His wisdom so magnificent it rivaled the sun. And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. He laid his right hand upon me. I am saved, my faith is restored, my task is clear before me. What CECIL and the SDMB aren’t two separate entities? I thought the mods and admins simply ran upstairs balancing a few silver-plated platters on which CECIL was brought our curious musings and serious ponders. Then HIS words would be dutifully transcribed and sent out to the teeming millions, handfuls, and so forth. Not that CECIL himself would go online. I never thought HE could be reading. I better shape up and post serious threads. Personally, I like the way Cecil refers to himself in the third person. It’s very … um, royal. Or something. ---
