Ah, I’ll add them to the list; no previous experience with them but it’s nice to see it grow. I’m reasonably sure they’re all close enough in their Grandmaish to be understandable by people with whom in theory they have no common language.

Three down, two to go, woo hoo! I had an orange for a snack tonight. Yes, I’m on a new track. I’m also making the effort to cut out sugar/honey/sweeteners by gradually dialing down. I unfortunately don’t like any of the artificial sweeteners so have decided I’d rather have something unsweetened.
It’s not **Firday** yet, is it?!

I DO NOT NEED TO LEARN HOW TO KNIT. I do not have room to store all the yarn I know I’d buy. Embroidery is easy because all my floss can be kept in small boxes.
Weaving is another thing I do not need to learn how to do. I’m a sucker for textile arts, can you tell?

He’s in a room now. There were 3 blockages and they put in 2 stents and will fix the other one in a couple of weeks. He looked much better after the procedure than before. I’m back home and finally heading to bed.

Yeah, that’s what I want, an immersion blender! My mom recommended one from Phillips. I think I’ll order it tonight. There’s a cake I’ve been wanting to bake for awhile but it requires beating cream and egg whites and stuff so I haven’t been able to attempt it with only my arms and nothing else.
Work is craaaaaaaaaaaaaazy today. Everyone wants something from me!!!
I’ve been reminded of my Precious Moments cross-stitch that I’ve been meaing to finish at some point. One day.

Shit guys - what is going on in here.
{{{ **Dotty, pie & LiLi and little Nat** }}} My thoughts are with everyone - get better ASAP dammit!
Today is totally my Friday - I am checked in for my flight from CDG - LHR - SFO then when check in opens in a few hours I will check for my flight from SFO to BFL.
I am also a little drunk at work…Company sanctioned drunk as well! It is Beujolais Neveau (sp???) time in France and the company employee society puts on a little lunch buffet/tasting type deal…I didn’t taste I drank :D:D:D So did many others in our office and we are all a little giggly right now
So …in 6 hours from now I am officially on vacation and in 36 hours from now I will be seeing my hubby. Whoo and Hoo :D:D:D:D

**Dots** , or anyone else who speaks Strine, what is a [‘Leading Sen-Con’](http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/wacky/eric-steward-drove-600kms-in-nine-hours-after-leaving-home-to-get-a-paper-down-the-road/story-e6frev20-1225799505225)? It appears about halfway down, refering to a cop. I presume it’s short for Leading Senior Constable, but to my Amurrkin sensibilities, it’d be a potshot at Harry Reid (Leading Senator-Conman).
BTW, that cited story is a hoot.

**Bbbobbio** , that would be short for Leading Senior Constable, although I like your interpretation better! The story is crazy - who the hell would drive 400 miles without realising maybe you should stop and turn around - helluva a long way to go to buy the newspaper!

Guess what Mr Rebo did for me? He got me personalized license plates that say “REBO.” How cool is that? I’m excited. I can’t wait until they get here. They’re also specialized and say “Texas - It’s Like A Whole Other Country.” What a great present. 🙂
I finished preparing my presentation, and after the meeting this afternoon, I shall officially be on vacation until Nov 30th.
C’mon 4:30!!!
