I think I see the confusion, _Junket is rennet tablets for making junket._ This, [![](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/4/4a/Junket.JPG/220px-Junket.JPG) ](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/4/4a/Junket.JPG/220px-Junket.JPG) is junket. And this, [![](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/a/ad/Sportsman%2C_Seasalter%2C_Kent_%286477078261%29.jpg/250px-Sportsman%2C_Seasalter%2C_Kent_%286477078261%29.jpg) ](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/a/ad/Sportsman%2C_Seasalter%2C_Kent_%286477078261%29.jpg/250px-Sportsman%2C_Seasalter%2C_Kent_%286477078261%29.jpg) is also junket. Multiple nations separated, and terribly confused, by the same language! ---
