My husband's in bed sick and I am bored

Bored, bored, bored.

I’m rarely bored, but I am bored.

I’m so bored I can’t even think of a stupid joke for how bored I am. That bored. Not even a pun. Yes, that bored.

I could read, but I don’t wanna.

I made cinnamon kettle corn. That was good. But now it’s gone and I’m bored.

Someone come here and stand still so I can stare at you in a creepy way.

Hi! I’m here.

Wait! I was supposed to stare in the creepy way, not you with your cute purple hair and your glowy green eyeballs!

Is this better?

Ha! Not what I was expecting.

Mrs. Piper is also sick and in bed, and I’m bored as well. Listened to Ravi Shankar’s “Homage to Mahatma Gandhi”. Now I’m surfing until time to go to bed.

I’m bored too! Let me glare at you for awhile, and then I’m off to bed.

I hate being bored.

There’s never a dull moment around here.

So, I’m surfing and re-listening to Ravi Shankar. Damn, he’s good. But I didn’t realise how old he is - he composed this homage to Gandhi shortly after the asasination in 1948! Looked on Wiki - he was born in 1920, so that makes him 87 or 88 years old. From his website, it looks like he’s still touring.

HEY how Yooou doing?

Well, it’s Sunday and my husband is sleeping in, so not only am I slightly bored, I have to be quiet about it. Ha! I will load the dishwasher and run it, and then under the cover of the dishwasher noise, I will clean the kitchen!

That’ll show him.
