It’s obvious that while you _do_ remain at this job, you have to find some way to quiet yourself on the inside. Can you find some way not to rent them so much space in your head? What do you do to relax when you get home? Do you ever meditate? Do you have time to yourself?

Headphones? Blinders? 😉
