# My landlord is a passive aggressive jerk PLUS boat pictures (long)

Nope. Just over against the side of the house. Bear in mind that the climate in Santa Barbara is very mild.

See, that’s what I was assuming - that having a washer and dryer outside was just some kind of crazy American thing that I didn’t understand, like swamp coolers and wearing your shoes inside. I would not have my washer and dryer in the back yard, either.
