I go through a lot of milk because I make my own yogurt and eat two cups a day, but I would never bother to look at or think about any sort of date. If the milk tastes good, it’s good. If it tastes bad, it’s bad. Dates be damned.

That’s how I do it. I don’t always make my own yogurt, but I drink milk, plus I make hot or cold cereal with it most mornings.

Skeptic, I think I buy the same brand you do, but I can’t remember the name. I’ve honestly never looked for a date on it, since I tend to drink it pretty fast.

When dairy goes bad, you’ll KNOW it.
