Heh, **Spaz** , your supplemented columns made me laugh. I friended you, too. (I always forget to friend people…) Keep checking in to let us know how things are progressing, **MBG**. Hope the program helps. More hugs. I try to be good about turning unnecessary lights off. I’ve also been replacing bulbs with compact fluorescents. I’m still looking for dimmer- and timer-friendly ones, because three of my most-used lights are on timers or have dimmers. I too am noticing a lack of behavioral change in our friend **beebs**. And I’m envious of all the upcoming Mumper Meetings. Tired again. Long day. Should think about dinner as it’s way overdue. Hugs to all… GT ---

Drive by… still in my flat, the flat-sitter/roomie won’t be coming back for a couple more weeks. My ISP is via radio and the weather has been pretty crazy, so lot of internet blackouts. Contacted the gas folks to change my heating from gas-oil (which is really complicated to get up to a flat) to piped-in gas. Promise to read MMP tomorrow. Boohs, hugs and yays as appropiate, meanwhile… ---

Gah. Where is **Spaz’s** stuff? **MGB-** -I’m thinking of you. Perhaps if you look at it as a chemical imbalance in your brain it might help lessen the stigma for you? Just a thought. You’d do it in a heartbeat for your kidneys or your lungs, so why not your mind/brain? I’m starting to feel cliqued out; I got to work and come back to all this “check your PMs” and 😉 . It’s all about me, isn’t it–I know what you’re thinking! \ I was told by a pt today that he liked my voice. 😕 I do not have a great voice–it’s whiny and screechy and sounds like it’s strained most of the time (ok, I’m not Sarah Vowel, but do sound somewhat like Paula Poundstone). I think the guy was half deaf. He spoke Haitian French anyway. I have a sucky day at work tomorrow. I have annoying ethnic coworker and suddenly annoying coworker to contend with. I had such a nice day today, too. \ All this talk of cream cheese frosting has made me hungry. ---

**{{{{{{{MBG}}}}}}}** Whew, what a long day! Worked all day, came home, changed and went to the YMCA to work out. I am so glad that tomorrow is my RDO. It was freakin’ snowing here yesterday. We got about two inches and it stuck overnight. The commute was a nightmare in some areas, although mine was relatively calm. The snow was pretty much gone by the time I came home today, but it’s supposed to snow again tonight and tomorrow, with some areas seeing accumulations up to seven inches. WTF??!!! It’s nearly April for Pete’s sake! Today, I called and made the appointment for the ultrasound on my thyroid. I have to go in on 7 April. Frankly, I don’t even know why I’m doing it. The blood test came out fine, but I’ll go ahead and do what the doc asks. I’m sure they won’t find a thing and they’ll sit there and shrug their shoulders. That’s what they always do. I should see about heating up some chop-chop. I’ve only had a very small salad today, and that was at 11:00 a.m. I’m feeling a bit peckish. ---

I’m a regular, and _I_ can’t keep up. I put in compact fluorescents 8 years ago, and finally had to change a lightbulb in February. 4 days till [del]drunken debauchery[/del] vacation.
