**tarragon** , my deepest condolences. My mother is currently undergoing weekly chemotherapy for her liver cancer, and I know what a hardship it is for her. I am sure that she appreciated your care more than you will ever know. ---

Thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers and support; it means a lot to my family and I. There’s a bit of turmoil going on now about the funeral, hopefully that will be resolved before Saturday (although I must say that I doubt it, unfortunately :(). My daughter has really been a rock of both strength and help these past two months and we are all very grateful that she was able to take care of Mom. Thank you again, everyone. ---

Your Mom knew that you were there on Saturday. People feel the presence of their loved ones, even in a comatose state. May you find some comfort in knowing that she has found her peaceful path. My sincere condolences to you and your family. ---
