# My mouf is on fire.

I made some pineapple-mango-habanero salsa tonight to go with grilled shrimp. It turned out great, but my mouth is burning (in a good way.) Before someone suggests drinking some milk, the Ommegang Witte I’m drinking is doing a fair job of keeping my mind off the heat.

Wash your hands before you go to the bathroom.  
This is VERY IMPORTANT.

I took the necessary precautions, so my hands were fine, but thanks for the warnings!

My recipe was very simple. 1 small can of pineapple chunks, cut into smaller pieces. 2 TBSP of jarred mango chutney I had in the fridge. 1/2 of 1 habanero, chopped fine. Mix together and let sit for a few hours before eating.
