# My new boss yells at and threatens me

This wasn’t a question of boat-rocking. I was just standing up for myself. The jerk yells at me and threatens me. I had to do something.

Those people will be gone soon (a year or two?). They are near retirement age. I don’t feel upper management will hold this against me.
