There really aren’t any serious nipple-related disorders that are going around, are there? They’re just kinda… sore. It’s not cold in here, I’m not allergic to anything… strange… Yes, I am indeed sober. ---

i’ve found that mine occasionaly get tender before i ovulate and before my period starts. or you could be having a reaction to your laundry detergent or fabric softner. ---

My first thought was: remove the clamps. My second thought was: cut out the starch. That comes from experience. Wearing a new set of starched fatigues without wearing a t-shirt can lead to a real bad case of sore nips. ---

Rub them. If they hurt too bad to rub them, apply a warm cloth to them, then rub them. Or rub them with the warm cloth, whichever. ---
