Try reducing caffeine and taking evening primrose oil. Umm any chance you are pregnant? I have a killer case of PMS myself and I just might need to strangle my 7 yo who just took the handles off the TV cabinet to see what would happen… Mummy will go postal darling, that’s what happened… ---

Can I kiss them and make them better? Seriously, Iknew someone who irritated her nipples when she started jogging…the shirt rubbed them too much, and she wasn’t used to it. Any activity changes? ---

My nipples are a bit sore too. Soaking them (and the rest of me) in a warm tub sounds pretty good. ---

I think it’s PMS. My nipples get that way too. They seem to stand at attention and not in a good way. Even just softly brushing them against something is excrutiating. I usually do what Cyndar suggests. Soak in a hot tub and then sleep in my bra. I know wearing a bra to bed sounds awful but since it flattens them down, they don’t hurt as bad. ---

I’ll add my .02 to what **Grace** said. Make sure that your bra is 100% cotton. I have to switch from silky, slinky bras to cotton ones during PMS. It seems to help me.🙂 ---

Well, a loose, cotton T-shirt, no sheets, three Tylenol, and nine hours of sleep seem to have helped. I’ll keep you guys updated throughout the day. 😉 ---
