Neither mundane or pointless but yesterday was the worst thing that has ever happened to me. Woke up about 2 am to find my husband on the couch. I thought he was just asleep but I realized he wasn’t breathing. Called 911 but he must’ve already been dead when I found him. What am I going to do?! He took such good care of me. He made my meals helped me find things he spoiled me rotten. I miss his love so much already and it’s only been a day. I just can’t face a life without him. So broken right now. I’m so sorry for your loss. The advice that helped me the most was take it one breath and one step at a time. Be patient with yourself. It may not seem like it now, but it will eventually become bearable. ---
