Seems about right. The only thing hurting my score was my weight. It only added .1 year to my age, so I’m not too worried about it. ---

Well, in less than a month I’ll be 28 years old. My real age is… 27.2! Woohoo! It’s all this extra weight I’m carrying around. I’d believe it, after going through the test. I knew as I was filling it out the things I’ve been doing “wrong”, and should be improving. As I sheepishly filled out the exercise questions and glanced down at my ever-burgeoning waistline, I was actually surprised it didn’t come out as being _older_. ---

Back when I was still working out, my real age was 22.8 as compared to my chronological age of 28.7. I haven’t been able to work out for four months and I’m too scared to look up my current real age. ---

I see some flaws in the test – for example, you get penalized if you take medicines. ---

Chronologically 48.5; real age: 45.3. And that’s eating less right than I normally do. I’ve been bad lately. They tell me I should take daily vitamin supplements, which I know there are mixed opinions about. GT ---
