# My signature links

I’ve placed a sample of my darling daughter’s pix in one of the links in my sig. (Also, first-hand photos of the Pentagon’s damage.)
But I’ve been getting feedback from some people I give the links to. They say the pictures are “broken”, or just don’t appear.
So I’d like to ask SDMBers that read this to check out my links and tell me if they work well or not for you. Thanx.

They both worked fine for me, **AWB** , using IE 5.5.

It’s probably a browser-specific problem. Worked fine for me with IE, but I got broken picture links with Netscape.

Netscape 4.78
The links to the pictures worked, but the pictures didn’t display on the main page. Using the right mouse menu I got this url: [http://fff.fathom.org/pages/AWB/pentagon/thumbs\pent009.jpg](http://fff.fathom.org/pages/AWB/pentagon/thumbs%5Cpent009.jpg)
The backslash is proably causing netscape problems; it wokred in ie5

Hmmm… looks like a browser-specific problem alright. Maybe something to do with the mixed case of the filenames.

It’s the backslash() in the url, Netsrcape is very picky about that sort of thing. An easy to check you page is to go to [http://validator.w3.org](http://validator.w3.org) and type in the address, it’ll tell you what to fix so that all compliant browsers can use it.
