# My sister has been murdered

The cops have the name of the suspect. When (if) they capture him, a conviction will apparently depend on tricking or breaking him in interrogation. There is a lack of physical evidence such as fingerprints, and of course the murderer is the only eyewitness. Circumstantial evidence is strong, but likely still not strong enough to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Sadly, this may go down as (technically) an unsolved crime.

I’d like to thank all of you once again. You have posted in this thread, PMed me, and emailed me, and all of you have touched my heart. I appreciate it. It’s made this past week easier for me.
