# My Status Bar Disappeared

I’m not sure what all information is relevant, but I’m using Windows XP and IE7, plus Pro. And the status bar was there one day (the one at the bottom that tells you the the URL of any link you hover over – that is, if I’m describing it correctly), then just gone the next.
Can anyone help me get it back?
In my Tools section, under Internet Options \> Security \> Custom Level \> Miscellaneous \> Allow websites to open windows without address or status bar? How I answer that, does it matter? It doesn’t seem to be what makes it appear or not no matter which option I pick, but I wanted to say I’ve at least found that much…

You know that space up at the top where the tabs go? Try right-clicking there and select status bar.

Not Tools, it’s under View, then select Status Bar.
Edit: Er, at least it is under IE6, maybe it’s still the same.
