I have to say that I drove once with a new mother and her baby in the back seat. I must have aged 10 years in 20 minutes. She was constantly looking at or doing something with the baby behind her. I know that the baby seat is safer, but has anyone done a study about how many more accidents it causes? ---

The lady in the station wagon waiting to back out has the patience of a saint. I’d have yanked the stupid bint out of the car and done it for her. ---
