Just brewed a hot cup of Joe in the toilet. Okay, here’s the story. When I get up in the morning, I drink 1-2 very strong cups of coffee. I don’t normally eat anything at that time or drink anything else along with it - though, sometimes, I have my first diet coke (coffee with a diet coke chaser is great; diet coke is God’s way of saying, “Good morning!”) along with it. I’ve noticed that when I use the bathroom after those first few cups, **it smells just like coffee**. I feel like I’m doing a favor to the person who gets to use the toilet after me - they get a little wake-up brew smell from yours truly. How’s that for mundane and pointless information? Tiburon ---

Yeah, I’m just waiting for the new flavored coffee bean, “Urine nut rum.” De-lish, I am sure. I really had to ask myself if I was making my coffee just a little bit too strong. Oh well! No one else experiences this?? Tibs. ---

From a small child, to an adult, my urine, on occasion, smells like **Sugar Smacks** Brand breakfast cereal. I know it’s name has since been changed to something like \*\*Extra Healthful Honey Smacks/B] but it’s still the same old Sugarsmackian urine. For a while I drank a great deal of nutrasweet sweetened drinks, and, my brother as my witness, I had green urine. I drink about 5 cups of coffee a morning now, no problem with coffee scented urine. ---

You know I saw one of those hidden camera shows where a disgruntled employee was pissing in the employee coffee pot, then serving up a nice steaming cup to the boss. If you had only been there you could have saved him a step. ---

I aim to please, SilkyThreat, I aim to please. I remember seeing that video, The Mermaid - ewwwwww. You know, I crack myself up because whenever I smell the coffee-ness of it all, I look into the toilet and think, “Where did the brown go?” Also - a question now. If I drink coffee, I swear, it goes right through me. I bet I could sit on the toilet and drink a cup of coffee and literally, be like a Bunn coffee maker where it instantly starts brewing. Anyone else this quick to pee from drinking? (I know caffeine is a diuretic but this happens to me with water as well.) Tibs. ---

i think cheerios smell like urine. i don’t know why. i don’t ever eat them because of this. except the honey nut ones, those are good. ---

You are not alone Tiburon. Coffee does the same thing to me. As an added bonus, if I drink coffee on an empty stomach it also works as a laxative. This is why I start my mornings with a Dr Pepper. 😃 ---

Heh. Same thing happened to me when I tried the cappucino flavored slim-fast. There’s something just essentiall WRONG with things that smell the same coming out as they did going in… ---
