My name is pronounced POOH-kah. It’s an archaic spelling/variant of [puck](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pooka). It’s a common noun, so it doesn’t get capitalized. Also, I’m female. ---

As for me, I was once mistaken for roadkill, but (as I have explained in other threads) my username is actually intended to be a play on the proverb “curiosity killed the cat”. I came here because I am curious. Also, I had never heard of SIFL (or Sifl) before this thread - what is SIFL (in the racist context)? When I Google it, all I get are links to the Shanghai International Football League, Sifl & Olly, Steel & Industrial Forgings Limited, and Standard Industry Fare Level. Can’t think what it would be - Statutory Immolation of Foreigners League :)? ---
